- Client information: Names and email addresses of clients you add to the app

We use your information solely to:
- Provide the receipt generation service
- Send receipts to your clients on your behalf
- Store your data so you can access it across devices
- Improve the application's functionality
Data Storage and Security
Your data is stored securely on Google Firebase infrastructure with industry-standard encryption. We use Firebase Authentication for secure sign-in and Firebase Realtime Database for data storage.
We implement appropriate security measures to protect against unauthorised access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction of your data.
Data Sharing
We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer your personal information to third parties. Your data is yours and remains private to your account.
The only time client email addresses are used is when you explicitly choose to send a receipt to that client.

Your data is retained for as long as your account is active. You can request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time by contacting us.

- Export your data (using the export feature in the app)
- Request deletion of your data
- Withdraw consent at any time by closing your account
